1 Definitions and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the gbaji website (https://gbaji-vip.cam) and all associated services ("Platform"). The terms below are used with specific meanings throughout this document:

• "gbaji" or "Platform" — The gbaji-vip.cam website and all its services, mobile app, and related offerings.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who has created an account on the gbaji platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — A member's registered personal account through which platform services are accessed.
• "Balance" — The amount of funds deposited into or won through an account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional funds or benefits provided by gbaji, usable subject to specific conditions.

These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the interpretation of gbaji shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

An active account is required to use betting or gaming services on the gbaji platform. At the time of registration, members must provide the following information accurately:

• Full name (as on national ID card or passport)
• Active mobile number
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name, or from the same device or IP address, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

gbaji may at any time request additional documents (such as copies of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence) for identity verification purposes. If a member fails to submit the required documents in time, the account will be temporarily suspended. gbaji reserves the right to permanently close an account if the information provided is found to be false or misleading.

3 Age and Eligibility 21+

Members must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the gbaji platform. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any of the platform's services.

In addition, members must not be residents of any country or region where online betting or gaming is completely prohibited. It is entirely the member's own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their country.

4 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their account username and password secure. Login credentials should not be shared with anyone else. If a member believes that unauthorised access to their account has occurred, they must notify the gbaji support team immediately.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and should include a combination of numbers and special characters.
• Changing your password regularly is recommended for security purposes.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Keeping OTP or two-factor authentication active is advisable for the member's own protection.

gbaji will not be liable for any loss to an account caused by a member's own carelessness or negligence. However, gbaji is responsible for resolving any issues arising from technical errors on its part.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Conditions

Funds can be deposited on the gbaji platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Members may only use payment methods registered in their own name — using a third party's account or payment method is prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Under normal processing, gbaji completes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, the time may vary if identity verification or a security review is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• After accepting any bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification (KYC) is complete.
• gbaji may temporarily suspend a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraudulent or irregular transactions.
• Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

gbaji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions that members must follow. The welcome bonus for new members is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and they must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing.

6.1 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses may only be used for betting or gaming on the gbaji platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If a member attempts to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be forfeited.
• gbaji reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue any bonus offer.
• If gbaji suspects misuse of a bonus, it may investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.
• Only one bonus may be received per promotion unless stated otherwise.

6.2 VIP Program

gbaji's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit based on a set percentage of the member's net losses. gbaji's decision on VIP tier changes is final.

7 Betting and Gaming

7.1 Bet Validity

Even after a bet placed on the gbaji platform has been temporarily confirmed, gbaji reserves the right to void that bet due to technical errors, incorrect odds, or data feed issues. In such cases, the member's original stake will be returned.

7.2 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless gbaji specifically offers a cash-out option.
• If a pre-match bet is not confirmed in time before the match starts, gbaji may void that bet.
• If a bet is voided during in-play betting due to a connection loss, the stake will be returned.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by gbaji and is subject to change.

7.3 Game Results

Live casino and slot game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and verified by third-party auditors. gbaji does not interfere with the outcome of any game. If a game stops mid-round due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbaji platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Placing bets in a deliberate and systematic way to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the gbaji platform.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or facilitating money laundering through the platform.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.

9 Account Closure

9.1 At the Member's Own Request

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the gbaji support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting account closure. Claiming that balance after the account has been closed may be complicated.

As part of responsible gaming, members may apply temporary or permanent restrictions to their own account. Read the Responsible Gaming Policy and use the self-exclusion option if needed.

9.2 Closure by gbaji

gbaji may close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Providing a false identity or false age.
• Detection of fraud or bonus abuse.
• Extended inactivity on the account (inactive account policy).
• To comply with a legal directive or order from a regulatory authority.

10 Limitation of Liability

gbaji strives to keep its services uninterrupted and error-free, but is not liable in the following cases:

• Loss suffered by a member due to an internet connection failure.
• Issues arising from third-party services (such as payment gateways or game providers).
• Loss caused by circumstances beyond gbaji's control (such as natural disasters or cyber attacks).
• Problems with a member's own device or security vulnerabilities on their end.

If a bet result is incorrect due to a technical fault on gbaji's part, gbaji will review that bet and take appropriate corrective action. In such cases, gbaji's decision is final.

11 Privacy and Data Storage

Members' personal information is not sold or transferred to third parties; however, specific information may be shared with the relevant authorities when required by law or for security investigations.

12 Changes to Terms

Continuing to use the platform after any changes to the terms and conditions means the member agrees to the new terms. The latest terms and conditions will always be available on this page. Members are expected to review this page regularly.
